There needs to be a suggestion box function integrated to the desktop app so that users can alert T-Mobile to the issues. Does not always sync actual texts. Sometimes I text from the phone and it doesn't appear in the desktop app and vice versa. It would be nice if apple iMessage and digits could work at the same time. (iMessage needs to be turned off for digits to work) Syncing contacts is unreliable. Most contacts sync, but not all. Then you can't see who is texting in the desktop app. On the calls piece, there needs to be a way to send the incoming call to voicemail in case you can't pick up the phone when someone calls. Now, you only have the option of waiting for the phone to ring four times and hearing the ring tone blast through the speakers while you wait for call to go to voice mail. The app gets sluggish at times. There needs to be a way to block spam texts Texts that come in from non-phone numbers never show up on the desktop app SOMEONE FROM TMOBILE TECH SUPPORT AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT NEEDS TO ACTUALLY READ THESE SUGGESTIONS AND ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUES. THE APP IS 5 PLUS YEARS OLD. This seems ridiculous to me, for a while I had T-Mobile Digits installed on my work computer incase I forgot my phone at home, I would still have access to my phone and texts virtually. Now with the new "Let's confirm it's you" security feature, I need my phone to log in to the Digits app... which completely defeats the purpose of the app. There's no way to disable that security feature from what the rep on the customer service line tells me. So why does T-Mobile even offer Digits as a feature if Ican't use it unless I have my phone in my hand? How do i send text messages to international phone numbers. When i use the country code prefix (ex: +351) and send a text, the message removes the country code and just shows the number. I have the DIGITS app installed on my Windows desktop machine. For a couple months it was letting me go a week or more between log-ins. This week I'm finding it has automatically logged the app out within hours or a day at most. In the past couple days, I've missed EXTREMELY important phone calls and texts that have left one of my kids STRANDED away from home. I RELY on this app to work as advertised -- to deliver text messages and phone calls that might be important.This is the type of app that should just stay logged in for the entire day if not forever since there is no predictability of when a text will be received. (Also, the FEEDBACK link in the DIGITS app and on the DIGITS web page has never worked. I have posted here before regarding my Magic Jack worked for 1st 25 days on TMHI and then all of sudden all incoming calls , the caller can not hear us, while we can hear them. Many people here suggested using Digits as a virtual home phone for the family. I am however running into issues with digits ! Any body here using digits app installed on multiple devices and can not use either the call transfer or switch device options either? Have you ever been able to get them to work ? If you had issues and got them to work, what did you perform to fix ? I have digits installed on 3 devices. I have a virtual line set up & active on all 3 devices. All 3 devices ring with an incoming call. If device A answers the call and the call is for Device B . They would try to either initiate a "transfer call" : which allows you to chose a phone number to transfer call or "switch device" which shows list of devices that have the digits with the line setup. In either case the call is put on hold & either action freezes and the switch or transfer is never completed. If you manually take the call off of hold ....while the call shows still connected with time of call still counting...the caller can no longer here me nor can I hear the caller.....so basically the call is lost /in limbo etc. As anyone been able to get these features to work : transfer call to another # or switch device ? I am trying to use the Google Digits app on my laptop. I registered my phone number and tried a few test text messages, and everything seemed fine. Then, I imported all of my Google Contacts into the Google Digits app. However, it is missing many records. I have 249 records in my Google Contacts, and only 152 in my Digits Contacts. I looked at all the missing records in my Google Contacts, and I don't see anything distinguishing them from the records that were imported successfully. I tried deletingthem all and logging out, and starting over, several times. It is the same result every time. Maybe a bug in Google Digits? Is this a new app? It seems like it. I've been using the newer DIGITS app (latest release, version 2.2.29)on MacOS Mojave. It is better than the original app and worked fine for a while until a few days ago when I started getting this error on the calls panel: "Something went wrong. Reloading in X secs …."
