Hello, I bought a new phone, the Kyocera 702KC. It is fully unlocked and when I popped my SIM in, it gave me a bar and I attempted to make a call, in the middle of the ringing, I got disconnected and can not join T-mobile again. I was told to set-up APN, but I do not know what to type in. When I go to network setting, and click on T-mobile, it says "can't connect to this network right now, try again later"Solved1.8KViews1like13Comentariosblocked phone /imei

My account is always in good standing and I have auto pay, have been with TMobile for over 15 years when the name was stillVOICESTREAM. I have one plus 8t phone that was sent sent back to TMobile for warranty exchange before my deployment. The new phone was setup and worked perfectly. HOWEVER now (2 weeks later) the new phone stop connecting to TMOBILE network, When I called Tmobile they stated the phone was BLOCKED by MISTAKE (2 Supervisors already confirmed this to me and apologize over the phone) It was marked as missing/stolen by mistake. HOWEVER they have been unsuccessful getting theblock removed. They keep escalating things but never get any results. They also cant send me replacement phone whilethe IMEI still blocked They keep saying the people who can block/unblock thephone are off site and can only be reached email. I am unable to use my phone AT ALL and have to buy a new temporary phone while im still on ACTIVE deployment. Can anyone from Tmobile Help me to get this solve ASAP? Don't T-MOBILE havefail safe mechanism so they dont block the wrong phone by mistake? You guys can block a phone with one keystroke but takes FOREVER to unclock it ?? Im the customer who suffer and yet you guys keep charging for me for payment.299Visto0likes1ComentarioCONSULTA URGENTE (No hablo inglés)
Buenos días, no hablo inglés. Solved199Visto0likes7ComentariosIMEI unlock
I purchased a brand-new iPhone 14 in November 2022, which was imported from Paraguay. I'm its first and only user. Everything worked fine until the end of September when I suddenly couldn't receive calls. My local carrier confirmed that my plan is in good standing and there aren't any issues like overdue payments. After some research, I found out that my iPhone's IMEI has been blocked. According to the Brazilian telecommunications agency, the block was initiated by T-MOBILE, see the image below: I've already reached out to an authorized Apple representative (reference number 102118795890) to investigate, but they couldn't find any reason for the block. They advised me to get in touch with T-MOBILE directly. However, I've had difficulties connecting with you via chat. Considering this iPhone has always been in my possession and I've never had any dealings with T-MOBILE, how can I request an IMEI unblock?199Visto0likes4Comentarios
