why is my IPad so slow and has a hard time loading pages?
my company uses T-Mobile. so I decided to get it from my iPad because it's fast. I don't have to wait for pages to load usually no issues. But now I get the service for myself and I feel I'm on a dial up connection. My new iPad is having a hard time loading webpages. T-Mobile service is definitely subpar. I might just go ahead and cancel before the weekend is over. I just got it yesterday. So before I cancel my service, I want to make sure that it's not something that I have done in settings. I refuse to pay five dollars a month for a service like this. 10th gen with essentials plan, e-sim.
when I try to do urgent delivery, it says service temporarily unavailable can you please help
I was calling one of my friends who hasn't responded in a while. I called them. They sent a voicemail because they hadn't responded for a few days. I decided OK you know what I'll just do urgent delivery when I clicked The number two on the dial pad it said message sent then said service temporarily unavailable. Has anyone had the same issue because I'm trying to find out what has happened so if anyone has the same problem, please post about it too
Dropping a BYOD tablet
I am a fairly new T-Mobile customer, and I let my BYOD iPad take a dip in the tub. 😑 It was 100% paid in full before becoming a customer. Can I just cancel the line, or would I be penalized? I don't really need to have a tablet line anymore, so it would save me a few extra bucks on my bill. I do plan on keeping all of my phone lines active. I just wanna ditch the water logged iPad without customer service trying to sell me a new one. 🤔 I will call customer service eventually, just wanted some intel from the general public. I have many devices on my home network, including many other Apple devices, and the only device that has this issue is my new 9th generation iPad. I use a T-Mobile 5G router to connect to the Internet. After my iPad sits idle for a while (in sleep mode), when I start using it again, I find that my iPad is no longer connected to the Internet (though it is still connected to my WiFi network). If I go into Settings and tap WiFi, after a few seconds, the orange "No Internet connection" message appears underneath my network name. If I turn WiFi off and then back on, my iPad goes back to being connected to the Internet. Then the problem repeats itself as soon as I leave my iPad idle for a little while. I am fairly certain this problem has something to do with my T-Mobile Home Internet device, because another T-Mobile customer with a 9th generation iPad reported this same problem to the Apple discussion forums earlier this year. I've tried all of the obvious solutions like updating my iPadOS, resetting network settings, etc. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
got a new ipad and have question about plans
okay so i got an ipad from apple and i want to add it to my plan but i was wondering if i got a prepaid plan for like a month, let’s say, would that impact adding it to my already existing plan later? my parents have a plan that i would add the ipad to but that would probably be in the next likemonth or two so i wanted to know if getting a prepaid one until then would impact the ability to add it to my parents plan.
