I have had Magenta Max since Dec 2022 The service stopped working in May 2024. I stopped getting my unlimited data and cell service. I reported loss of service and did multiple rounds of technical support from mid May to June to fix it. They did not. I didn't have service for almost a month when istopped Autopay in June and announced suspension of my account because I wasn't getting service. Customer service has been despicable since then. I submitted dozens of attachment proofs to customer service and customer service refused to acknowledge any of evidence taken from May to July. They insisted I owed them money for May-July I notified the company that they have voided the contract and I asked for my phone to be unlocked. Ihaven't had phone service since May, I NEED to find a legitimate phone carrier. T-Mobile has continued to charge me for June and July despite not having Magenta Max for over 2 monthes. I haven't had unlimited data or cell service since May and they cut off my amenities in June. They continue to charge me 2 and a half months since I last had service Customer service says the charges are valid on my voided contract and refuse to unlock my phone. Anyone have success getting all their evidence of T-Mobile fraud recognized and having your illegitimate charges taken off? How have you dealt with T-Mobile holding your property hostage and shaking you down stealing from you?39Visto0likes0ComentariosWhy I can't see any benefit after I UPGRADE my plan?
So far I find out I can't see any benefit from my T-Mobile account. I still can use one free Netflix account but I can't find my AAA membership as Tmobile customer said I should got one. And I also can not check any benefit from the website.24Visto0likes0ComentariosIs Magenta plan prepaid or postpaid?
Anyone know how the billing cycle for Magenta plan works (pre vs post)? I am going to cancel my service soonand trying to figure out whether my bill that is due on the 24th is for my current cycle or the next cycle. If it is for the next cycle, I will not have to pay as long as I cancel before the 24th, correct?180Visto0likes2ComentariosCFO Chief Financial Officer- Peter Osvaldik
Dear Mr. Peter Osvaldik T-Mobile CFO I have had T-Mobile as my one and only mobile provider for more than 20 years. So long, in fact, that some of my records have been archived. I see no reason to have to give you a Debit Card number or my checking account information, just to continue to participate in Auto Pay. Your company has been hacked multiple times, and my information has been compromised at least once! To give your company information that could possibly end up in the wrong hands, and if this happens, the 'wrong hands' could possibly divest me of a huge amount, if not all of my hard-earned money. I have been using the same credit card for my Auto Pay for many years. Please explain why I should jeopardize my financial situation, while making both of our lives easier (I would think) by using Auto Pay.85Visto0likes1ComentarioTrade in benefits on new Go5G Plus
I'm currently on Magenta amplified familyplanbut now i don't see any big difference betweenGo5G Plus plan and now i was looking to buy a phone with trade in but cant get full benefit of deal. What a total BS , magenta plan is retired and now to get trade in benefits i need to upgrade toGo5G plans to avail all benefits. Planning to buy flip 5 , with flip 3 trade in , now withGo5G plan i would get $1000 as trade in credit but now magenta is not there i can't get that same benefit for trade in... I feel if i'm not max plan previously i should at least get the latest plan benefits as there is no significant difference in plan benefits but huge difference in price. Been with T-Mobile for 9 years now. Any one else feel same ? Any way to get those trade in benefits without changing plan to Go5G.653Visto0likes0ComentariosPlan changed to Magenta without my permission
I contacted T-Mobile prior to departing the US for a lengthy stay in Europe. I wanted to ensure that my phone was unlocked so that I could use an Italian SIM card while visiting my family there. The agent with whom I spoke found it difficult to verify whether the phone was actually unlocked. She informed me that I would, in any event, be able to get some limited access to the internet while overseas and that she would do follow-up to ensure that the phone was unlocked (I have been a Sprint/T-mobile customer for many years and my prior phone had been unlocked; I wanted to ensure that the new Revvl phone supplied by T-Mobile was also unlocked). When I arrived in Europe, I was able to access the internet. However, shortly after arriving I received notification that my auto-pay was set to pay a bill that was significantly higher than usual. My previous bills had been for $90 a month; this was for $150 circa. I have since received a second bill at the higher rate. I have now discovered that my plan was switched to Magenta without my permission and that this was the reason for the higher charge. Although I understand that Magenta provides greater internet coverage and global service, I wanted to use a foreign SIM card and NOT upgrade to Magenta. Have others had their plan changed without permission? Is it possible to get the higher charge reimbursed and the plan switched back?767Visto0likes5ComentariosAutopay discount $5
I signed up for the Magenta 55+ with 3 lines. All the online pricing quotes show final price of $120 and then $105 with $15 autopay applied (3 lines @ $5 each). In store it was confirmed. The next day, after signup, I log onto T-Mobile and the pricing show $110 ($120-$10 autopay discount). I called the T-Mobile store and representative that help me signup confirmed should be $105 and I should wait for the bill to see if it changes. I was in the store again today and the store manager confirmed should be $105 with $15 discount not $10. She mentioned she had never seen that happen before. She also suggested waiting until the bill is generated. So, I get home and receive a text message that the bill is available and as expected Total Due $110 (not $105) including a $10 autopay discount. Account shows 3 active lines being charged: 2 Lines $70 and 3rd Line $40.Solved618Visto0likes9Comentarios
