Hello I am very upset and disappointed by the customer service we have received regarding this issue. We have our account on a military suspension while we are overseas, but we were still paying for one phone back in the states for my sister. Once it came to closing the phone line we closed the phone line but for some reason Tmobile opened my military suspended line and had been charging me for months until I caught the charges. Now they had been charging for about 7 months and it came out to ver 500$ that they took from my account for a line we never authorized for them to open and a line that had never been used. We have opened MULTIPLE investigations Since the middle of July and have received no response regarding our issue. We are very upset and highly disappointed with the lack of communication. We have been offered credit on our account which we continually decline because we will NOT be returning back to T-MOBILE once we return to the states.1.7KViews0likes13Comentariosporting disaster
I signed up for T-Mobile service on 8/11 as I was preparing to move to a new location where my old provider didn't have good service. First, red flag we have IPhones that don't take a SIM card, yet the representative insisted she had to send me 5 SIM cards. Then the address is a new build and she claimed that UPS couldn't find the address so I needed an alternate address for them to send them to. Needless to say I got the SIM card days later and when trying to activate surprise surprise I didn't need them. Second issue I had 5 lines, 4 numbers from Alaska and one number from Virginia, we are a military family. After 2.5 hours of being on the phone with T-Mobile who insisted it was AT&T's fault and vice verse I get told because they don't have service in that part of Alaska that I can't keep my 4 phone number and they can't be ported in. So of course the 5 virtual prepaid rebates were denied on the basis I did not port my numbers in. Well I tried, one was successfully ported and they denied it too. Just starting this new plan with T-mobile and needless to say I am disappointed and I've been misled and lied to. The first untruth was that they checked and my numbers were able to be ported. Did they really check or just wanted my business. The second untruth was that I would get a prepaid card for new service. The rebates were all denied and they said it was because I didn't port in my numbers. Well I ported in 1, the other 4 couldn't be and that's not my fault. So I have no rebates, and lost my phone number that I've had for 6 years.245Visto0likes2Comentarioswill t-mobile honor their own ad?
In several places t-mobile states that the new go5g plus cost $150 for three lines. It doesn't state anywhere that it is a promotion only (which doesn't make sense.. is the 3rd line free forever if you add it but not if you change plans? The infois on the t-mobile website. However they are quoting me 185 for 3 lines. To make matters worse, I have been a customer for over 10 years and just last week added a third line to my mag max plan. I was told that if I had waited 7 days I could get that line free!. Something doesn't smell right here. After over 11 years I'm looking for another carrier.206Visto0likes6Comentarioshow $1,000 was stolen from me by T-Mobile
I was with Sprint for 2 years. Switch to T-Mobile. Within a year T-Mobile gobbled up Sprint. Other than Sprint I believe I've been with T-Mobile for 5 years or more. My average monthly bill runs $300 with four phones and two wireless camera systems with their own data packages. All my bills have been on time for the entire 5 years I've been with T-Mobile. Out of the blue my wife 22 ultra started heating up real bad and the screen would turn off and turn on randomly. No physical damage to device whatsoever. I called to see what I could do about it and I was told there was a four to six week back order to replace the 22 ultra. I told them I can't wait that long because it's a business line. And that I would just run it through my insurance instead of warranty. I was put on hold 10 minutes later they were sending me out a new phone to my house and it was an upgrade to a 23 ultra. And I was just requested to mail the 22 ultra back with no return package or anything. So I returned it. 4 weeks later I get $1,000 charge on my bill because I guess the screen got messed up during shipping. I spent almost 17 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and the way this was supposed to happen I was supposed to take this phone to a store and turn it in to receive my new phone but T-Mobile just decided to send me the phone to my house. And because the phone got broke during shipping I'm responsible for $1,000 and I had to cough that up and basically mess up a lot of other payments I have to make just to keep cell phone service running to make this $1,000 right. Keep in mind I offered to run this through my insurance and I would have paid $100 for my insurance to replace the phone. T-Mobile charge to send me a phone and have me send mine back and it gets damaged during shipping and now I'm screwed out of $1,000 with T-Mobile should have followed protocol and had me bring the phone in to their store which obviously it would have never got broke during shipping if they would have done that as far as I'm concerned T-Mobile stole $1,000 from me and I'll never forget that.46Visto0likes0ComentariosI'm not at all feeling like I'm a valued customer at T-Mobile anymore
Anyone else feeling less valued as a customer ever since they exported their call centers out of the United States? I am being ripped off, this is my worst customer service interaction with any business I have ever had in my life! 3 times I was supposed to receive a callback, in 3 days! They are becoming more deceptive, unethical and dishonest! Problem still not resolved! I might need to get an attorney!35Visto0likes0Comentarios
