Located in west Phoenix. Amplified Max plan (yes it's old, i'm grandfathered in) For the last week I have been experiencing 1-2 bars, spotty 5Guc, now it's mostly showing 5g only, and speed tests around 2-5 Mbps down and 0.5-1.5Mbps up. Until recently I was showing 4 bars all the time (everywhere in my house) and download speeds of 500-700Mbps down & 20-50Mbps up. I have two devices which both show the same symptoms, leading me to believe it's a tmobile network issue. Ipad 10 with cellular and an iPhone 13 pro max. I had noticed that my T Mobile home internet slows down after midnight, then it would disconnect, reconnect and everything was fine. Fast forward to today and my speed drop to 8Mbps download and zero upload. I tried calling customer service and they said to reboot, reboot, and you know, reboot the modem. After a short amount of time with customer support my modem speeds increased to 56.52 download and 9.86 upload. The latency is 275 down and 517 up. Prior to 2am today my speeds were 225.57 down and 8.07 up with a latency of 192 down and 492 up. The support rep on the phone said that 56 down is acceptable but I disagree as I was having 225 down prior to 2am this morning. For almost 2 years I was getting speeds of 280 to 320. My Gateway remained in the same position. 3 weeks ago it started slowing down. I was having trouble watching tv. My speeds were 7 to 30. So far I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks. On the 2nd call they sent a new Gateway., My speeds were still down around 20. Called again. Didn't get any better. Last night my speed was down to 7 and I couldn't watch tv or do anything on the pc. Looks like I'm going to have to switch carriers. We got the home internet not super long ago, and while it was great to begin with, it's now becoming more of a hassle. I'm always having to turn the wifi on my phone off and use my data (thank you unlimited), because the internet is so slow or is always buffering. I can't anymore with this. It's becoming a problem. We've turned the router off for a while and turned it back on, but it's not any faster and doesn't stop buffering. My gateway was working good awhile ago then I recently moved houses and this whole weekits internet has now been slow, when gaming it only gets up to 3kbs. Its really not good for online games nor download speed even though in the app it says it has very good internet speed it clearly isnt. I was getting 300 to 400 mbps download for my 5g gateway. The last couple weeks it's only been 1-2 during the day and tmobile claimed to be doing site modernization. Every day between noon and at least 8 PM this service slows down, lags and drops signals. If it gets any slower some days, I swear it would run faster in reverse! The Sagemcon has a good signal but yet no internet. This is becoming more and more frequent and is very disruptive for those of us having to work from home. If you can't get your service running better to those of us that are on it then quit selling more devices and adding congestion to overcrowded towers until you can upgrade, add more, do something!91Visto0likes1Comentario
