Lied to on recorded line and no one will fix the issue
I had phone calls with 2 Service agents and my fiancé. We were told blatantly a price for everything included. we asked multiple times and event he customer service reps asked each other about it multiple times to confirm. They said if its not right reach out and everything is recorded and it will be taken care of. Great so my bill says a very different amount. I reach out and the guy doesn't answer the questions and cant tell me what charges are for. I get a supervisor and h e tells me basically he cant do anything besides change my plan to a cheaper plan and that's it. Is there a way to get this actually resolved or is this just typical T-Mobile and i should cancel everything and switch carriers? I'm at a loss how i can be promised over and over 1 thing and told not to worry just reach out if its wrong and its all recorded and they will take care of it and then when i do nothing happens besides to bad.
Nintendo Switch w/NOK 5G21 Gateway
I was thrilled to change from my previous provider to T-Mobile's internet. The speed is great. The service has been super reliable. Where I'm having trouble is on my Nintendo Switch. I can't getvisitors on my island on Animal Crossing. I can't race against friends on Mario Kart. Virtually all online gaming functionality is useless. And I'm frustrated I haven't been able to find a solution. I called support and they basically said there's nothing they can do. Has anyone found any solution to this?!
Why is it so difficult to redeem the Keep and Switch Promo?
9 times out of 10 when I go tohttps://www.switch2t-mobile.com/either the site is down for maintenance, Ican't log in (get some message about "sorry our wires are crossed..") or after I enter my phone number I get some bogus message like "Sorry, there was an issue while processing your request." or "you are not eligible for Carrier Freedom" (I'm entering my info in the Keep and Switch field). After I finally got in several weeks ago and submitted my claims, two of them were denied for no apparent reason. After an hour of chat and on the phone with support they acknowledged that this was a mistake and corrected it. Fast forward to today when I get a text that "we've corrected your Switcher reimbursement ammount.." And I can't get anywhere on thehttps://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ site. Am I on the wrong page? I feel like T-Mobile is intentionally making this challenging. That or whoever is managing this site is completely incompetent.
Where is my carrier freedom reimbursement????
I submitted my request for reimbursement on March 29, it shows as approved, but today is May 2nd and I have heard NOTHING about where the money is. I've called multiple times, I've checked the website multiple times, and all I'm told is "you'll get a text message when it's ready". Right now I'm on hold yet again with the reimbursement department, who never answers. I now owe Verizon over $500 that is past due, all because I'm waiting for T Mobile to provide what was promised. Does anyone have any idea how I can get this resolved?
Is it worth switching from retired “one” plan?
I'm with t-mobile since 2013 and during the years being adding lines to my account with various promotions. Currently I have 8 lines paying $210 total with autopay and I'm still on retired plan "one". Is there a real benefit switching to a new t-mobile plan Go5G or it's essentially the same? If I switch, will I keep my price with all my promos? also for 100GB premium data that comes with Go5G plan, is it per line or it's per account for all lines? GraciasCan't get gigabit switch to work
I am switching from spectrum where I had a cable modem thatfed their wifi router and access point. I ran an ethernet cable from the spectrum router to my gigabit switch to have wired internet in multiple places throughout the house. However when I do the same thing with my t-mobile router the devices connected through the gigabit switch do not see an internet connection. Any help?switching from old LG to old Samsung...
My LG G7Thinq is dying. I got my wife a new S22 and I am going to take over her S8. I like having the SD card slot and HP jack as I am a music junkie. I know I can move the SIM card over. Can I use Smart Switch to mover over the apps and data or do it thru Google Restore. I have read different articles but none that seem to address exactly what i want to do and exactly how sequentially? I am not totally clueless but I dont want to lose stuff either and in the past I just let the store guys handle it...
5G Home Internet with Nintnedo Switch
Hello, I recently moved and decided to ditch Cox and switch. Have had no major issues with our internet usage and some occasional online gaming with our Xbox. However, I am unable to play any Nintendo Switch game online due to the NAT type. Is there anything I can do to change it?
Can't Play Basic Online Games Because of Nat Type Issue
Don't know much of anything about networking, just know I can't play super Smash Brothers and other games on my Nintendo switch! I have the newest T-Mobile home internet router, the black rectangular one. Streaming content works just fine, browsing the internet works just fine, but gaming of pretty much any kind seems to be impossible, and I always get an error message stating that my Nat Type is incorrect or something of that nature. What can I do to fix this? "Keep and Switch" link keeps defaulting back to "Carrier Freedom" Can the IT experts at T-Mobile fix this issue, as will not let me submit the promotion.
