T-mobile lost my trade in, warehouse never scam my device. They refused to do anything
We sent in 4 device for trade-in. All device were shown received by warehouse. 3 device got scanned in and credit it. 1 device never got scan and T-mobile refused to do anything. They keep calling and asking for help because they couldn't find my device. Their respond was that our warehouse didn't scan your device, there is nothing that can be done if we did not scan your device. They won't allow this to escalate or lost or stolen device. My tracking shows clearly it was delivered the same way my other 3 device were trade-in. They do not suggest it was lost or stolen because they claim they have the safety security camera in place. I have been dealing with them for over 3 months now and they just wouldn't have an answer for me. I see so many post about this same issue but yet their respond was " we do not lose device when it gets sent to our warehouse". I find it unreal that there is no check and balance system. Share your experience with me because I have seen many others and lately is getting worst.
Tmobile lost my trade in and is not honoring trade credit.What can I do?
I shipped the trade in to T-Mobile, the tracking says it was delivered. I called them to ask about my trade in credit and they said they never received the phone. I provided them the tracking number and the email saying how much my trade in was approved for. They are now only offering me $80 from what was supposed to be $380. What are my options here? I've been a T-Mobile customer for a very long time with 6 lines and multiple new phones on payment plans.iphone 11 trade in
I was told at T Mobile that I could receive $800 for my iPhone 11 which would go towards my bill for the iphone 13 pro max. The bill is originally $36 for 30 months before the credit.They printed the labels & told me that I needed to send it in. When I get home I see that the label said customer accepted value$180. Which is very untrue. No price other than $800 was discussed if I knew it was only worth $180 I wouldn't of accepted the phone.Did this happen to you? If so were you able to return whatever phone you accepted & get out of contract? Or complain & get more than what was on your label.
T Mobile Took My Phone Credits
So I upgraded my iPhone 13 to the iPhone 15 Pro upon ordering the lady sent me one with the wrong memory so upon receiving it I called them exchanged it for iPhone 15 pro with The largest memory they gave me buyers remorse, even though it wasn’t my fault upon exchanging the phones they took my credit away for my trade-in because their system messed up upon doing that I have to wait three months to get my credit now so I’m inconvenienced because T-Mobile system didn’t recognize it as a trade inand took my trade in phone credit back absolutely ridiculous!!!!
