I just got a similarissue much like yours sorted out by a customer svc Rep who took one look at the plan and knew it was wrong. Took about 30 min but now has it all fixed. Took close to a dozen reps and supervisors to get this one guy who knew exactly what to do. I even had a previous Rep call me a liar and sent me an off colored text to me about it. I was so close to calling it quits returning to TMobile until tonight. Hr made me feelwelcomed at TMobile and was so remorsful for all that happrnrd. I spent 17 hours on the phone to start service.Finally got everything don around 10:30pm Wed.My phone sat on T-Mobiles dock until last night, I just want to pick it up at the store. ID was stolen so they won't give it to me. Have a DMV Appt for net Thursday. Doesn't help today. Any way around this?53Visto0likes1Comentario
