AMERICAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I recently switched my wife's service from ATT to T Mobile. If I cannot speak to an American customer service rep, I am going to cancel everything T Mobile. It took my over 3 Days to finally get everything done and I am still encountering all kinds of issues the main one being that I cannot login to my account which I know was set up. There are so many other things that they are too numerous to mention here. If anyone has any suggestions on how to accomplish this feat, please let me know.

Do anyone know who I can speak with that’s over customer service???
You can reach out to the T-Force Team by direct messaging (DM) through Facebook or Twitter. They are a tier 2 level from the start.

Speaking to a foreign operator is so offensive that I fail to articulate myself well. If I'm going to pay top dollar for T-Mobile, why should I speak to people who are obviously limited in what they are capable of doing for the customer. It's a far better, pleasant experience talking to an American operator. When I hear that foreign voice, it automatically infuriates me, because I know I got f@(kd. Thx T-Mobile.

I agree this is frustrating there is clearly a language barrier and T-Mobile dont seem to understand it
