How do I pay for my internet?
I recently got the home internet and am wondering how I view and pay that bill?
I was able to create a TMobile ID, but when it asks to confirm my phone number it gets hung up because I don’t have a Tmobile number.
There has to be some people out there who just have internet and not phone service, right?
Contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
Your home internet was given a Tmobile phone number to associate your account so you can set up a Tmobile ID.
Wow, okay, so I pulled up the receipt they gave me, and sure enough there is a phone number attached. When I enter it though, I get
Servicio no disponible.
