I cannot log into my T mobile account

I only have a Home internet line. Even if I enter the email address I used when signing up and the phone number I received in the email, the following message appears. 'We're sorry, we don't recogni...

    This has been an ongoing and common issue, sadly.  I got mine resolved by contacting "T-Force" (T-Mobile Help) here:  twitter.com/tmobilehelp.  I think they are also on Facebook.  Send them a message.
