Iphone pre order

I preordered an Iphone 14 pro 256gb on September 14. It said it was going to be delivered on September 16 and today is September 30 and still no news. I spoke with a representative which said that I can expect the phone on October 21 which I find ridiculous considering the date of the preorder and the original date I was given. Extremely frustrated…. Anyone else having this issue? Seriously so upset that I am considering switching companies (after 9 years of service) because of the lack of communication.
