Hitting this issue now. Between online chat and different browsers, I've spent 6+ hours trying to buy an iphone 13. Chat tried to help me buy but all my payments got declined (while plenty of $ to cover). The next day my bill (5x the amount of what I was trying to pay) went through for them on the same card. 🙄 I've been with Tmobile 15 years but I am ready to roll. This is insane.
