T-mobile lost my trade in

November 3rd my husband took my daughters trade in phone to a t-mobile store in Arizona. They cannot locate the phone and will not give me credit for it. He was told that it was completed and we should see it on our next bill. Unfortunately I do not have record of the transaction. I have been getting nowhere with people in the support department. I was shocked to see that this happens all the time with this company! For as large a business you would think their customer service would be better. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter? They are a higher tier of support than the phone support.
