Are you a T-Mobile USA customer?  Do you meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements to have your device SIM unlocked?  With Sprint being dissolved into T-Mobile, it might not even be possible to have the device SIM unlocked.

I am a Sprint user and meet all the requirements, but I don't know how to apply. ¿Pueden ayudarme

You would need to contact Customer Care or reach out to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter through direct message.  It might not be possible still though but they would be able to tell you one way or another.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so all we can do is direct you on who or where to ask.
