Where is my iPhone 15 Pro Max? - My wife got hers, orded the next day!
Hello T-Mobile and Community!
I have an interesting story. I ordered my iPhone 15 ProMax - White from T-mobile on Launch Day (9/15/23 @ 10:30 AM) on my Account. I am still waiting and it says it should be shipped by October 3rd.
My wife ordered the SAME EXACT phone the next day (9/16/23 @ 11:30 PM) on her account. She did order a regular sized Pro on launch day and then decided she wanted the bigger one, so she reordered the next day. It initially said November delivery.
She got her phone on drop day (9/22/23), and I have no updates on my phone. I called T-mobile, and they were like, yeah - no clue, sorry. Same shipping address and everything. It is so frustrating that T-mobile and their system would not fulfill orders in the proper sequence. I am still waiting with no updates and just a "too bad, so sad" from T-mobile.
did it ship yet?

Tmobile tell me that after you have being charge it should arrive from 3 to 5 working days. I am crossing fingers.

I am in the same boat as you my friend. Same placed order date and it should ship thr the 21 of October to 6 of November 馃ゲ

So I called in order Oct 1st and was charged on Oct 4th back ordered and order says shipping 10/9-10/23 . I'm totally confused.

yeah i ordered on 09/23/23 and ship date same like you. And i saw backorder now from 10/13-10/27
Finally, my has been dispatched, with 2 day ups shipping. coming overnight. So I can confirm once credit card is charged within 24-48 hours they dispatch the device!

Nothing changed. I still have my expected date for 21 October to 6 of November and they already charged me. I dont understand 馃槙 enjoy your pro max my man.

They charged your card or this is just on invoice next to "Running" status? I actually got a notification from AMEX yesterday about the charge.

I can confirm that after you get charged they ship out your product however, you will get an update letting you know the phone is on the way - a little past 24 hours after you get charged. Atleast that's what happened to in my situation. Also, my delivery date is for tomorrow, 2 days after it got shipped out.
