Constant connection drops on Home internet and phones.
Anyone know if or when they're going to fix the "tower problems" in the Mesa AZ area. I get that we have tons of snowbirds but being unable to even get through a 30 min zoom call without being discon...
Where at in Mesa? I was out in East Mesa with no problem using my phone around Baseline and Crimson.
you will need to contact TMO either by calling or through one of their social media platforms and have them put in a network ticket for you.
out of curiosity though. when your phones are disconnecting..are they connected to the home TMO wifi or just using regular mobile data connections?
