Constant connection drops on Home internet and phones.
Anyone know if or when they're going to fix the "tower problems" in the Mesa AZ area. I get that we have tons of snowbirds but being unable to even get through a 30 min zoom call without being discon...
Where at in Mesa? I was out in East Mesa with no problem using my phone around Baseline and Crimson.
if its both then its safe to say its a tower issue. you might try their Facebook/Twitter route.. you start with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
just make sure to DM them..dont post on their main pages.
