coverage in Downtown San Diego

Can't agree more with you. So tired of calling and hearing empty promises, solutions that don't work and what seem like delay tactics to get another month out of us. 
The service has some nice perks but when it comes to connecting late afternoon, it's a joke. Off and on we go dark and service slows to nothingness…everyday now! 
Time to look for another provider that can hopefully fulfill their promises. I simply can't spend another couple hours on the phone trying to get our connection up and running steadily.
