how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?

@HeavenM also wanted to leave a shoutout for Uniqua Morgan (uniqua.rolack@t-mo) at the NYC Madison ave store - I was having trouble unlocking the account protection to purchase new device; was getting conflicting instructions over the phone from the account protection team, and when I visited the retail store to resolve the issue, Unique stayed with me the whole time to speak to the team members over the phone and resolve the issue together. I really so appreciated her help and wanted to make sure that people know how great she is!

I went to a t-mobile store in riverton, utah today and got help from DANIEL. He is very helpful, knows the products and answered all of my questions. He did his job very well. Also he is very enthusiastic to help me.
Also a couple days ago I called t-mobile customer service, and IAN was very helpful. He knows the product very well and explains everything to me. Also he is very patient and kind. I got help from him.

after about an almost an hour discussing my bill, JIMWEL was the associate who helped my boyfriend and I. She kept apologizing for the inconvenience, thanked me for my patience and understanding, she also explained everything to me in detail.
it even got to one point where I thought the phone call was done, but she called me back to answer my last question! Lol she was amazing.
JIMWEL YOU WERE NOTHING BUT UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL. 10/10 experience because I usually have the worst experiences.

that’s a bummer. usually most run into issues with the TMO approved retail stores since they are 3rd party owned..took a look and if its the one off Beaver something road then its a TMO owned store.

Went to T-Mobile to switch our phones and save money. We dealt with Diego, he was great and worked with what we need to save money. Diego was super friendly, organized, and funny. Would recommend contacting Diego at T-Mobile for any phone needs he's your guy!!

Update on m pone situation. Now T-Mobile is supposed to be calling me on the 20th to upgrade my phone. Can't wait to see what the catch is this time . I spend more time dealing with T-Mobile. It's starting to be a full time job if my issue isn't resolved on the 20 th I'm done with T-Mobile. Everyone beware don't use the Apex NC T-Mobile store. They are like used car salesman. Katie/KC. Has been the most helpful person I've ever spoken to at T-mobile. I've been overwhelmed these past few days since I'm stepping out of the country for a few months. Today 1-18-2024 I was relieved and walked through all my problems. I was provided with multiple solutions and when needed good opinions on her end where given, it made me feel like it wasn't just my problem but our problem. It really took some stress of my shoulders. After being on the phone for over an hour Katie/KC showed no signs of stress, rather made me feel like I was important to T-Mobile. I really hope this message is read by the right person and gives her the recognition she deserves. T-Mobile you hire exceptional people to take care of us. ¡GRACIAS!🙏

I was with AT&T so I wanted to switch to a different carrier. I went with T-Mobile. , what a mistake that was. First the IPhone 12 they sold me had problems right after I bought it. They sent me to Apple Store which was a goood drive to get to apple told me that it's a T-Mobile issue so that never got resolved. The sales person told me when I got the phone that I could upgrade in one year That was a high lie. The Apex nc T-Mobile store is the worst store. I'm stuck with. a one that is now worthless. And he told me I get free Netflix. Another lie. I'm putting this out there for others to beware of this apex NC store. I would never anyone to go to T-Mobile. Stay with Verizon or At$t I'm 100% changing back to AT&T

Tmobile is the worst! If i could go back one year i would never have joined them. Its easier to say what they do correct than what they do wrong, most of what i see is wrong! Lets see, the phones, issues, the billing, real screwed up, the customer service, wow, non existent, i could go on and on… cant even send in email support, have to call and spend 30 minutes, only to get to end of conversation and find out, oops i am not the person you needed, call back and get someone else and go through that all over again!!! Just terrible service!!!

I went to the T-Mobile store today at14169E Manchester in St. LOUIS COUNTY. Darla assisted me and she couldn't have been more helpful!
She helped me with my phone issues and was very empathetic to the difficulties I was having.
She set me straight re;my phone and helped me better understand the internet service I had started but not yet used.
This experience was in sharp contrast with the one I had about an hour earlier the the Apple "Genius Store". That person was dismissive, unattentive, and seemingly couldn't wait for me to leave. This is though our interaction didn't even last for five minutes. This, after I waited almost a week for my appointment.
Darla, at T-Mobile was quite an improvement over that experience.
