how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?
@HeavenM can pass the word up the chain.

Darrel from T-Mobile IT had amazing customer service and was the only representative to make good on his promise of calling back. I had called 3x and each representative said they would call me back and never did. Darrel really stepped up and helped me with my problem. This guy needs a raise!

I want to commend customer advisor Joy, who helped me so much this morning. She went above and beyond to solve my problem: I couldn't use the automated service to pay, with my UK credit card, for extending my pre-paid service in the U.S. Joy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Great service 10/10!

There couldn't be a worse, more incompetent company than T-Mobile. While the people I've dealt with have all been nice and helpful, their technology has been a complete disaster for us. We had four lines for about four years, and we recently reduced it to three upon the passing of my mother. The connectivity for us in Orange County, CA with my mom in Veneta, OR was ALWAYS AWFUL - no video calls, and calls constantly getting dropped. Since reading a positive review of Consumer Cellular by Consumer Reports, we decided to switch carriers. BUT T-Mobile can't or won't UNLOCK my device. And the manager of the local T-Mobile store explained that the reason for locking it in the first place is to prevent people from being able to conveniently switch to a different carrier. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.

I would like to give a big shout out to Emily and amazing associate at the poway tmobile store. She recently helped me and my husband and grandpa with our plan. She hooked us up with the best deals and got us new phones. She is a great team member and she should definitely be promoted! Thank you Emily.

I've have been a customer with T-mobile 22 years and considering now leaving for Verizon. T-mobile has offshored their custom service to the Philippines. Although a nice country and pleasant people, they don't have the authority to do anything. They will waste 20 minutes of your life, and then they will tell you that.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience with the T-Mobile team was fantastic. I want to thank Ivern (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) for helping me with all my questions. I had him running in circles, but he was incredibly sweet and patient as he assisted me with every issue. I hope this message finds its way up the chain because I highly recommend Ivern for his outstanding service. If you see this by any chance, I want to express my appreciation.

**"T-Mobile SCAM - Broken Promises on Promotions!"**
I recently switched to T-Mobile after they called and offered me an incredible deal: $45 per line for four lines, plus four brand-new iPhone 16 if I traded in our existing phones (all newer than iPhone 12 Pro models). This promotion was the only reason I switched over.
However, after I joined, T-Mobile conveniently "couldn't honor" the promised deal. They claimed the best they could do was $500 off each phone, despite having all the recordings of our conversation. I feel completely scammed by T-Mobile's bait-and-switch tactics. Be wary of any promotions they promise on the phone-what you hear may not be what you get!
