sudden extremely slow home Internet
Extremely slow internet speed and signal speed for home Internet and for phones today called T-Mobile and they claimed towers were good and that it must be my router swapped 3 router today on total 2 of the same model and 1 different no change in crap speed

Need a little more specific from your TMobile home internet app
Eg.

Used it for months just fine 4-5 bars and 400mps
Now 2-3 bars on and off sometimes going back to 4-5 but speed doesn't go above 700-1400 kps

Then … you know its not the router/gateway.
- Was it always slow ?
- What kind of 'signal' does the modem show (as well as the Advanced Modem metrics). If its poor - might be a location issue.
- Do you have T-Mobile cell service (Apple/Android) - and is the performance similar ?
- Time of day ? (i.e. 3pm-10pm or 8-5? or 24x7). There are other posts on this.
I do get better speeds in the middle of the night … but I typically have no issues (at least not yet) - ~400Mbps during the day, +500 at times, and late night +600
