T-Mobile network issues: LTE signal/bars but no network connection, unable to login to T-Mobile app

My phone internet network stopped working. Account is paid on time every month.  I restarted, turned off and back on wifi, mobile data, etc. Phone calls cutting out excessively to where people are hanging up cause they can't hear me. Only some success when I'm at home using home WIFI. Home WIFI-my bars are full and reflect 6 symbol.

Been on hold with T-Mobile for 50 mins, waiting for a response, but I'm afraid they will hang up due to reception, as well.
