cheap 3rd party modems to replace 5g gateway
- Hace 5 meses
Do you know if the gateway is losing the 5G connection to the tower, or is the Wi-Fi cutting out? If it's the Wi-Fi, you can connect an inexpensive router to the gateway with an Ethernet cable. (Perhaps your old router.) If the problem is the connection to the tower, you can try moving it around in your home. The next option is to call T-Mobile and ask for a replacement.
Third-party gateways do exist, but they are not inexpensive. Nater Tater on YouTube has reviewed several.
