How do I discontinue service if no one calls back?

I've called TMobile twice to disconnect service because of the death of my brother who had the account. I've turned the router in to the local store. Every time I call, the rep says that someone will call me back, but no one ever does; is there ANY way to chat online with an actual rep?

Thanks for the response; I've called TMobile's "help" line 3 times and talked to 3 different people who claim some one will call me back, but no one ever does. I think at long last I'm going to send a note to TMobile's Customer Relations Dept. in Albuquerque along with a death certificate, his DOB and DOD, the acct. #, the mobile # and his S.S. Then I'm deleting my credit card # from the account. Then I'm going to say to Hell with TMobile.

Unfortunately there's too many complaints about the grandfathered plan price hike that's taking away resources to respond accordingly to other issues.

Online chat is available during regular business hours as long as there isn't a massive amount of people waiting for an agent.  It is easiest in my opinion, to contact T-Mobile through either Facebook or Twitter by sending a DM to T-Mobile.  If they don't respond right away, they will when your inquiry is seen by someone.  There is also a help page for this very circumstance as well, if contacting via phone is an option for you.
