Hello, I bought a new phone, the Kyocera 702KC. It is fully unlocked and when I popped my SIM in, it gave me a bar and I attempted to make a call, in the middle of the ringing, I got disconnected and can not join T-mobile again. I was told to set-up APN, but I do not know what to type in. When I go to network setting, and click on T-mobile, it says "can't connect to this network right now, try again later"Solved1.8KViews1like13ComentariosWhat flip phone to get Grandpa?
Grandpa fell in a ditch and ruined his Alcatel Go Flip 2. That phone wasn't the greatest anyway and we liked his ZTE Cymbal Z320 a lot better. Now there are 4 flip phones available!? TCL Flip Go for $96 SCHOKFlip for $96 Sonim XP3Plus for $210 Sonim XP3Plus (non-camera version) for $210 I also tried finding a used ZTE Cymbal Z320 but could only find one that I was sure was the T-Mobile version for almost $77. Trying to choose a phone is a bit difficult to say the least. What is the difference between these other than the price and that one doesn't have a camera? I mean we don't care if it has Wi-Fi or a camera or text messaging because he's not going to use any of that. But how do we know what phone is easy to use? The Alcatel he had was a pain and we would have sent it back if there were another flip phone available at the time. Is there anyway to try these phones? Is there a better alternative? The idea is to put his T-Mobile sim into a phone that works and isn't a smartphone because he'll smash it with a hammer if it's a smartphone.1.3KViews0likes6ComentariosExchange colors. Replacement phone.
My granddaughter had her phone stolen, so we called and got a replacement sent but they sent her the wrong Color. If we took it into a store, would they possibly be able to replace it with the color she originally had? They sent her a black/Grey. And she originally had a purple/lavander color. I know for most that doesn't matter much because it's covered by a case, but I'd still at least like to try to help her.1.1KViews0likes4ComentariosUsing an AT&T branded LG B470 on a 2G network with T Mobile?
Does T Mobile still support 2G phones or older phones and their 2G network? Is the LG B470 from AT&T still supported on T Mobile's 2G network? Can I use the LG B470 from AT&T on a 2G network with T Mobile? Do I have to call AT&T Customer Service, go to the AT&T store, or use the AT&T website to get a unlock code from AT&T and unlock the LG B470 for T Mobile?Solved598Visto1like24ComentariosSamsung Galaxy Flip 4 5g
There seems a serious hardware issue with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. The idea of this phone and utility is amazing and convenient. However, after 6 months the phone hinge feature locked up and I was unable to open the phone completely. Then at nearly the same time a black spot appeared in the middle of the phone. This black spot grew quickly to cover approximately 80% of the phone screen. This rendered the phone incredible difficult to utilize. Now, I have been questioned on this phone my numerous people over the time I had this phone. I always spoke of the phonein a positive way. I've also been a big advocate of T-Mobile and the coverage and services provided. Upon bringing the now unusable phone in to the store. I was told I couldn't get the phone replaced at the store. As we all know, having phone service is incredibly phone important, imperative to many. I pay the $18 plus for the insurance. I was told I could pay $100 to get a new phone delivered Next Day Air. I was also informed that the T-Mobile employee helping stated that they are aware of the typical issue the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is having these known hardware failure issues. I was the informed I would need to pay $5 for a warrantied replacement. I agreed. However, I would have to wait several days to obtain a new phone. The $1000 phone I had was unusable. I'm just wondering how many people out there think it's unreasonable for T-mobile force it's customers to go without the ability to communicate, conduct business, stay in touch with family and friends on their network and not inform all the paying customers that are in possession of the Samsung Flip 4 of the rather common catastrophic hardware failure? A recall? It would appear T-Mobile and or Samsung aren't owning up to this issue. Should good loyal paying customers be subjected to this negligence? Anyone else have issues with the Samsung Galaxy Flip phones?525Visto1like3Comentariostwo phones with the same number; an iphone and a flip phone
My tween daughter has an iphone which she rarely gets to use because I prefer she not have so many distractions. But I do need her to have access to a phone over the summer so am considering letting her use a flip phone. Can we add a flip phone with the same cellphone number, and just put away the iphone 15 for use only on the weekends for facetime calls with the grandparents?316Visto0likes0ComentariosAre Samsung backorder dates accurate?
Hey all, I ordered a Yellow ZFlip 6 on October 9th 2024, the expected shipping date said October 13th. Its October 14th and now my order says it is back ordered. I was wondering what everyone else's experience with T-Mobile backorders are like? This is a Samsung phone, so I was not expecting that this phone would be in such high demand. ¡Gracias!41Visto0likes1Comentario
