Exchange colors. Replacement phone.
My granddaughter had her phone stolen, so we called and got a replacement sent but they sent her the wrong Color. If we took it into a store, would they possibly be able to replace it with the color she originally had? They sent her a black/Grey. And she originally had a purple/lavander color. I know for most that doesn't matter much because it's covered by a case, but I'd still at least like to try to help her.
Warranty and insurance replacements don't guarantee you will receive the same color unfortunately. You can reach out to the T-Force Team through DM on Facebook or Twitter to see if there is anything else they could potentially do to see if they could find a replacement in the lavender.
I'm dealing with the same thing they sent me a pink phone im a 6'1 200 pound man l....I dont want a pink phone. I will literally take any color but they said there is nothing they can do. I realize it's not the people at the stores fault but I feel like there has to be something that can be done

get a cover that’ll make the pink actually look cool lol.
anyone asks why you have a pink phone just tell them you got tired of loosing the thing.
