My number cancelled before time and how to reinstate it?
Hi T-Mobile Support, I am out of country for the last 3 months and didn't pay the bill for my prepaid line. Yesterday I got the msg that I should pay the bill otherwise the number will be cancelled by 02/01. I tried paying it today and getting the message that the number is already cancelled.
Why it cancelled before time and how can I reinstate my number?
Canceled by February 1st. Today is February first. It was probably canceled at 11:59PM PT on January 31.

They mentioned 02/01 by 11:59pm but cancelled before that time :(
I am currently getting help through their Virtual Assistant.

You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help.
