USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED
My usage nor Digits has updated since my last cycle Jan 28th 2023. I called and was told they were working on some technical issues and to check it in a few days. A week later and it still is not updated. Anyone else had that problem?
The day that we have all been waiting for has finally arrived. I am so excited to announce that this is now officially resolved and usage details should be loading without error. It wouldn't hurt to log out of the account and clear browsing history if you haven't already. I am doing a happy dance right now because I was also affected by the outage and I just loaded my detailed usage and saw call, message, and data logs for all of my lines up to about 2 hours ago!!

I called this morning and was told it's a technical issue on their end. My usage details have not updated since the end of my last billing cycle 1/25. I was told I'd receive a call back in 24 hours with an update and that this matter is already being worked on. It's literally been almost a month. Something isn't adding up. I think they may have taken this feature away.

Same problem since Jan. 26th. I have called at least 4x! How do I talk to a supervisor?

Still not working, still no timeline for repair. No usage details since Jan 26. My billing cycle closes in a couple days and I'm interested to see what happens.

Interested to know what happens when your billing cycle ends. I'm a couple days behind you.
Please let us know! Mine is in 10 days. If the issue is not resolved then I'm switching companies

My billing cycle ended 2 days ago and nothing changed. You still can't see the usage. The page is actually blank now. You can't see past usage from other billing cycles either.

Smh can't believe they're really playing dumb with all of us ! My cycle ends on the 10th. But for those who's next cycle already started & they're still experiencing the same issue, they should keep calling, also threaten to go to another carrier. I wonder if we could call BBB, or file a consumer complaint, or something ?

Yes Kendall! We're still here. To recap this is a known issue and our support teams are working on a resolution. We don't have an ETA, however you can still view usage from your prior bill cycles, on your prior bills. ^VinnyFrancisco
I completely understand needing to have this information accessible. I wish I had more information for you than we do at this time. We always want our customers to be able to make a decision that works best for them, no matter the circumstance and we are here to support you whatever you choose. Of course we hope not to see you leave! I'm only able to provide the info that I do have though, again I do apologize that we don't have anything more concrete at this time. ^VinnyFrancisco
Still in dark as to when this will be resolved, customer twitter rep is clueless. No ETA , but we're working It.. smfh

No update from my inquiry weeks ago. Not even a call back when they said they'd call with an update in 24 hours. At this point, I don't believe it's a technical issue at all. How can IT not fix this problem for over a month?!
