Was told that I can have a new cell since I originally was told that by customer service, I paid over a 100 a month just for cell phone service, and for the last two months I don't have a phone howev...
The service is actually your phone number and the plan that it is tied to. Whether your phone works or not or whether or not you use what is included in your plan doesn't change that you are assigned a phone number and that number is yours for as long as you want it and pay for it.
You can visit your local T-Mobile store or send T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter for some more help in obtaining a new phone or temporarily suspending your service until you get a new device.
