My wife and I both saved last week's offer for free prints from Walgreens. But we went to redeem and they were no longer in our Free Stuff folder, nor did they show up in the Expired folder. (But a Burger King offer we saved the very same time is still there.) They just vanished. We were still inside the redemption window so who knows what happened to the offer. Did anyone else have issues like this? I think it may have had something to do with the switch to T-Life from Tuesdays. I have not been able to get into the Tuesdays section of the T-Life app. I get one of two errors every time. The first time I try it, I get an error saying 'Your number isn't eligible to receive deals'. Each time I try it after that, it says 'There's a glitch in the system. Estamos trabajando en ello. Please check back later.' It has been this way since I installed the app a couple of weeks ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've cleared cache, and I've gotten on Customer Service chat and nothing has fixed the issue. I even factory reset my phone. I was able to get it to work on another device using the same login, though. I've read in other forums here of some people having the same issue on a different kind of phone. Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shutdown. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it? I just switched to T-Mobile 3 days ago. I downloaded the T-Life app as instructed by the sales rep. I brought my own phone. When I try to log in with my ID/phone number and password, I get into a loop that says processing over and over again. I've called customer service to no avail and even went back to the store where I signed up. I've tried everything to log in and I don't know what to do at this point. Once again, we get a message from the legacy Sync Up app that it will be retired (today actually) and that we should administer the watch through t-life. However, one of the essential functions is to manage the contact list of people that can call/text the watch wearer. How the heck do I manage the sync up watch contact list inside of t-life? Hi, I'm setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get "Something went wrong. Please try again." error message. I'm doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. My Nokia 5G21 went down around 9:50 am, 6/10. I tried to get to the router via the new T Life app that is replacing the T-Mobile Internet app and it wouldn't connect to the router;it looked like it was trying to sign into the internet over the bad connection. Does T Life require an internet connection to sign in and then allow you to access your router? If so, that is a fatal design flaw and you need to keep supporting the T Mobile Internet app.99Visto0likes3Comentarios
