Unable to make calls with VoIP phone. The phone will register/show online but SIP invites are not reaching our server to negotiate/start a call. So, registration traffic will hit our servers and the phone will register, but phone cannot make calls. Unable to get a packet capture from the T-Mobile device to troubleshoot if it's making it to the WAN side.61Visto0likes0Comentariosviaje internacional
I I'm on the Go5G plus plan, i am traveling internationally to Italy and I plan on purchasing the data travel pass my question is when I'm in Italy and I need to call a local Italian phone number from my T-Mobile phone. How much is the cost per minute? I have called T-Mobile customerservice No less than 10 times and since they moved it off shore, cannot explain or give me an answer. In the past T-Mobile would unlock your phone and you could put a dual Sam in for local calling however, now they have these strict new rules that will not unlock a phone until it's paid off. I've been with T-Mobile for 10 years and never had these type of problems it seems like the company is going downhill and doing a lot of cutting, which is really driving the service to be very, poor128Visto0likes1ComentarioRecently moved to rural area and service was great, after 3 weeks I have no mobile data, why?
Prior to getting onto this peer assist forum I found that all methods to reachT-Mobile support require accessing T-Mobile's mobile network, but my issue is being suddenly and persistently unable to access T-Mobile's mobile network no phone without wifi, and no SMS/MMS. This is very difficult to troubleshoot therefore (and I have inadequate Wi-Fi making itworse). When I've recently traveled from home to locations with good Wi-Fi I'm still largely unable to call, receive calls, or exchange texts. So it's a mobile data issue and not solely an internet issue. I've tried many remedies. Frequent powercycling of the device; disabling battery-management; disabling Wi-Fi calling; enabling Wi-Fi calling; disabling roaming; cooling the device in the refrigerator; removing the SIM, examining it, finding no damage or wear to the copper, cleaning the drawer with alcohol and an air duster, replacing the SIM; among other things. A little over a month ago I moved from Massachusetts to rural northern Vermont. TMO's coverage map seems to show that I have a 5G tower less than a quarter mile from me in one direction, and only about a half-mile away in the opposite direction. Service was excellent for over a month. And now, for over a week, I have virtually none. Possible causes I have considered: * My SIM has gone bad. * Either recent storms or some other even has affected the local access points or WLAN segments in use by T-Mobile. * The coverage map is incorrect or out of date. * My service has been throttled or in some other way been rendered unusable, without explanation. Can you help me to determine a fix, please? The nearest T-Mobile Authorized Retailer and service location is almost 125 miles away and a 3hr drive. I have emailed support with no response. I do not use Twitter/X or Facebook Messenger. I've used the unofficial Reddit support group in the past -- I appear to have stumped them, this time. I appreciate any comment or suggestion. Fix me please! Thanks.101Visto0likes0ComentariosFEWER SCAM CALLS. PERIOD

T Mobile prepaid account balance is too low
Even after refilling the prepaid account multiple times and having enough balance in my account, I keep getting this warning that my account balance is too low. Tried to talk to 3 different customer service representatives but they all have different solutions none of which has worked. Any suggestions what can be done? I dont want to go on a call for troubleshooting again.2.4KViews2likes5Comentariossnapchat calls

I tried calling this morning and was on hold for 50 minutes with no answer before I hung up and called back. I was on the 2nd call for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I hung up and called back again. I'm still on hold waiting for someone to answer. It's been an additional 22 minutes. No one is answering chat either. I'm trying to reach them because my bill says I now am paying for 2 of everything. 2 handsets, 2 tablets, 2 s Pen pros, 2 screen savers. I only have one of each. My bill went from $157 to $304. What the freak is going on with T-Mobile today?Solved1.5KViews0likes11ComentariosIssue with no data, calling, text since Last week... Major account issue
Sprint customer here feel like no equality happening. Been without a working line since last week to be exact. Being pushed to go to store multiple times and have spoke with at least 15 advisors 7 technical support. Also, got my issue ticket escalated to VIP support assupposedly as it was said by sprint advisor "It is considered a VIP Escalation and those are sometimes handled within a day or so" this was on Friday. 24 hours have past been gone and been told to wait until the advisor who told me returns to work tomorrow. Apperently, they activated two sims on one line. Anyone have this type of issue happened or feel like being pushed around as being a Sprint customer.230Visto0likes5Comentarios
