Hi, Awful experiencewith T-Mobile. Back in November, Iadded a line with iPhone 15 pro maxthat time the tmobile chat representative gave me a breakdownthat my bill would be $175 including fourlines and total 4 phone payment. But in December my bill came out much higher than 175$. In February 2 ofmy phone paid off and march 3rd phone was paid of but my bill instead of decrease it keep increasing. It's been 7 month i talk to serval times and show the tmobile chat they didn't listen and billing extra. I filed a complaint but no response from them. I followed up multiple but no feedback.58Visto0likes1ComentarioT-Mobile Assurant is a scam!
Assurant sent me a phone that was damaged. When I tried to do a upgrade I found I the phone was missing the strip that lets them know it had water damage. Why are we paying insurance for them to send of damaged product. Then when you reach out to them they say it is nothing they can do. I called T-Mobile and that was useless too. I am seriously considering changing to another cell phone provider this is crazy.77Visto0likes0ComentariosMisguidance and Misinformation ( SCAM )
So, Weeks ago I had purchased a T-mobile Phone, They scammed me saying its Unlocked, However I managed to transfer the phone on my account and asked T-mobile customer service to unlock it for me and they checked into my account they said according to T-mobile Terms The account should be $100 paid or 365 days to be with them, so my account was already $60 all I had to do is to process with $40 or more So he made me refill my account with $50 and told he would unlock it for me and I will have it unlocked it within 72 hours. However then I relied on T-mobile customer service I paid $50 more and refilled my account he told he processed with unlock request and would be unlocked within 72 hours, but it's been over 3 weeks phone is still locked and now when i contactthe T-mobile 611 again they are giving different information every time i contact them. So My Concern , Question and Next step: Is T-mobile so unstable to Handle customers with improper customer service just making people give them money in any possible way? For this I could pay more but I feel played with both the Scammer and the T-mobile which has possibly too scammed me with making me pay withfalse information or this is how T-mobile works. My next Month would be with Verizon at least they helptheir customer and no false information neither the forced payments scam!.Solved184Visto0likes3ComentariosT-mobile's Misguidance and Misinformation ( SCAM )

3/5/2024 Angela Haynes Mike Sievert, CEO T-MobileCustomer Relations PO Box 37380 Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380 To Whom It May Concern, Per you- "At T-Mobile we have a simple mission - to be the best in the world at connecting customers to their world." I beg to differ. My service is horrible! It has been horrible since your company completed a warranty exchange. I can't make calls. I can't pull information off the internet. I am in a larger city, and there should be enough towers for me to have service. I requested 2 additional phones and every phone your company sent was subpar at best. Finally, I stopped putting in warranty request because I was disgruntled, moreover dissatisfied. The only answer is that the device you gave me is faulty. I am stuck with horrible advice from customer service, who is supposedly filled with industry experts. But the advice received is also horrible. It has been suggested that I buy another phone. I didn't plan to buy another phone for 2 plus years, and now I have horrible service. My broken phone worked better than the phone your company sent me. I called in several times about my complaint and the information fell on deaf ears. I end up being forced to pay for a phone while I don't get all the calls, can't make calls, and the internet is slow as Methuselah. Cordially, Angela Haynes24Visto0likes0ComentariosNot getting Voicemails
It has been a month now and I still am unable to get voicemails. I have had this phone number for about 15 years and have never had this problem. TMobile has not been very helpful and the customer service does not exist. I have had 2 tickets opened, and nothing. No one calls me with an update. My voicemail began to work yesterday, but today it is not. I am absolutley furious and want to swtich carriers. But of course, I still have to pay full price for a service I am not receiving at the moment.47Visto0likes0Comentariosis there a way to restart my account
I switched over from Verizon but I did start a new number. I wanted a fresh start went with Samsung and all that. Well when I went in I had a idea in mind of what I was getting and that was the s23 ultra. Well they set me up with an account without asking which plan I wanted which they chose for me bissness which is not at all what I wanted and it being that why made it so couldn't get the s23 ultra because it was a 400$ down payment. Well it wouldn't be if the dude asked me any questions. I'm actually pissed off and want to know if t-moble will actually help me out on this or if I have to move carriers again even though I just started.Solved116Visto0likes3Comentarios
