Recently I set-up a T-Mobile5G Home Internet and am discovering that not all my devices can connect. My Shark IQ Robot vacuum is one device that will not connect to 5G, it says it can only connect to 2.4G. Does anyone have an idea how I can get this to work?Solved48KViews13likes30ComentariosIphone Siri Cannot Find My Location
About 6 weeks my internet connection was extremely slow but has since been resolved. Now I am having random incidents on my Iphone 13 where Siri will give a response of "I don't know where you are" or "I can't find your current location". The only way to fix it is to go to the Maps or Find My apps which has my correct location. I went to my local Tmobile store and they replaced the Sim card but that did not resolve the issue. This issue does not seem to be occurring when I am on Wifi. They referred me to Apple who I am working with but they seem to believe it is an issue with the provider and not a hardware/software issue with the phone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Siri not finding their location? Its as if I am somehow losing location services sporadically.72Visto0likes0ComentariosInternet available, but when connect it's not secured.
My laptop always connected to the T-mobile internet and then one day about a month ago it stopped. It says it's available but when I connect it says no internet, secured. The only way I can use my laptop at home now is by personal hotspot. I tried setting up another workaround as mentioned in another feed, but that didn't work either, same results. I have been on the phone with tmobile. And have taken my laptop into work and the reset it to factory default settings and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas? thanks for any help!157Visto0likes4ComentariosConnected... but not?
SoI'm sitting on my couch with my phone, browsing websites, streaming music, checking email... all of a sudden, my phone is acting like it has no connection. It shows 5GUC and all five bars but it's acting like I'm out of myservice area. I turn on "airplane mode" for 5 to 10 seconds and turn it off, now everything is back to normal. This only started happening these last 2 weeks. What could be the cause? I haven't changed my plan, account settings, or location. (I am NOT using WiFi.) I am using the same phone I've had for thr last 6 months (Samsung S22+) so there hasn't been a change to equipment either. Again, this issue only popped up the last 2 weeks, and toggling airplane mode "refreshes" the connection. I also doubt its my data plan since i have not changed my usage habits and the billing cycle just reset. It's intermittent (so it could happen 6 times an hour, or once every couple of hours). Anyone have any clue on the cause and a possible fix?523Visto0likes3ComentariosDIGITS calls have too much static
I am using my DIGITS line to operate my condo gate lock. To open the gate I press 7; and the touch tone triggers the call box to unlock. this worked 30% of the time in the past. Now when I get the gate to call my DIGITS line, the connection has so much static that the touch tone lags, or sounds like beep-beep-beep instead of a solid BEEP, and the old gate system doesn't trigger because the tone isn't correct. is there a solution to this? I have full signal + WiFi. The problem occurs even when I'm not on WiFi so that's not it.111Visto0likes5Comentarios5G home internet - interruption of connection -support was contacted
We started our 5g home internet with T-Mobile about 6 months ago, it was working fantastic for about 4 of those months. Last month near the very beginning we started having an issue where all of our devices are connected to the modem, but no internet connection is available, the only fix we have is to unplug and restart the modem. We called support yesterday, they told us about the new 2022 modems and that many customers have been calling in with this issue. After getting our new modem yesterday we still have the same issue every 30 mins a break in our internet connection begins and we need to re-start our modem. I called support again this morning to which they again said many customers are having this same issue. When I heared that a bell went off, "T-Mobile has a massive server or processing error with all of these modems, not just the old one we were dealing with." They proceeded with the basic turning the router off and powering it back on, the support told me he was doing some sort of trouble shooting (to which he was supposed to send a list of troubleshoots to use if it were to continue, he never did) I got a call about 20 mins after to make sure my internet was still working, I told them yes and that it hadn't even been long enough for us to have the issue again, they were happy with that and gladly wished me a good rest of my day. I am so beyond frustrated with T-Mobile right now, they honestly should be giving customers a refund of last months billing cycle and get this sorted for all the hoops we have to go through in order to even have a half hour of this so called premier coverage of 5g home internet, it's really feeling like a bad joke and customers are just supposed to deal with it.372Visto2likes3ComentariosAnyone having problems with their Samsung Fold 5?
I just wanted some information on problems anyone might be having with their Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 before I ordered one. I have seen reports on some of the Android internet forums about issues with the screens on the earlier Samsung Fold models, particularly the 3, and some connectivity issues with the 5G network. It is an expensive phone and I was hoping to get help from current users about their experiences before committing to spending the money. The dedicated Samsung Fold part of this forum has not been much help as it contains posts about much earlier versions of the phone.84Visto0likes1ComentarioCoverage - what is the plan for my area?
I've been suffering with very poor T-Mobile/Sprint coverage for years in Byron, MN. The cellspot T-Mobile sent me helps me make calls, get data and send text - using my wifi router to provide the connectivity. However, if I leave myhome, my cell phone coverage is very poor. My Verizon work cell phone works great! I've called T-Mobile customer service and have to use my Verizon cell phone to complete the calls! What is the plan to improve coverage in zip code55920 so I can use my cell service without being connected to my cellspot? I'm so frustrated that I am going to switch to Verizonif there is no plan to improve coverage.218Visto0likes11ComentariosT-mibile Home interne
Joined up a little less then a month ago everything was good, 175MBPS 100MBPS up then the wall fell. 8 days of 0.67 up and 0.67 down with no end in sight, I have a ticket open should hear back tomorrow, just wanted to share I did a mobile run in the neighborhood checking speeds, nice to have a portable generator to plugin the 5688 T-mobile modem, it seems a 5 or 6 block area is affected 0.67 up and 0.67 down, sent the data sheet with location to support on Twitter, customer service has been empathetic to the problem ...there has to be a better way with this technology , and the way T-mobile works with there customers has to improve...communication needs to happen we RELY on this tech.29Visto0likes0Comentarios5G Internet recently became unstable, any thoughts?
This is my 6th month on t-mobile5G Internet. It used to be good for the first 4 or 5 months, but recently the service became unstable, connection on and off, download/upload speed sometimes are very slow, upload speed is sometimes < 1mpbs. Restart the modem sometimes helps. The modem stays where it was when service is good. When I encountered the issue, the signal on the model is "good" . Any thoughts?1.2KViews0likes5Comentarios
