error
22 TopicsError Codes Wan005 and Wan002
Does anyone else using the T mobile Home Internet model KVD21 have this happen to them? My internet worked great for the first month, and about 2 days ago or so the internet just drops randomly and won't reconnect and will give me error codes Wan005 and Wan002 until I factory reset it. Turning it off and on again multiple times doesn't fix the error either. And when I do factory reset it, whenever it goes to reboot it gets stuck in a cycle where it keeps restarting over and over until randomly it finally reboots after unplugging and plugging it back in multiple times. This is super frustrating as you could probably imagine and I have no idea why out of nowhere it started doing this. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, if it continues I guess I will try to see about getting a replacement unit. Thanks for any input or thoughts on what could be the issue!Solved77KViews0likes13Comentariosall pdn ip connection failure
So after the recent update it seems like anytime I connect to a Sprint tower (that I having been using for months. B26 and B25). I don't get this error if I connect to a tower much further away from my house (that's a T-Mobile tower) no problem, no errors, other than of course terrible speeds because of poor signal. Just wondering if this is a known issue? One thing to add is my cell phone connects to the sprint tower no problem, so it seems like a issue for just TMHI / "trashcan".4.3KViews0likes17ComentariosLG releases fix for LG IMS crash
I received a text from T-mobile about a fix being released (by LG) for the LG IMS has stopped error. Read the instructions here: t-mo.co/LGIMS From your list of apps, tap theSettingsgear. Either selectSystemor choose theGeneraltab. ChooseUpdate Center>App Updates. SelectDownload for LG IMS Improvedand wait for the update to complete. Press and hold thePowerkey, then choose to restart your device. I'm not seeing the update yet but it may be a propagation issue (IOW, it'll show up soon). The instructions were a little confusing in 1 because it says from the list of apps. Basically open the settings app then System then Update Center then App Updates. This is where the LG app updates are found.4.3KViews1like14ComentariosStill getting F451 Error on Browser & Phone App
I have been getting the F451 error "Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later" on any and every attempt to access my account either online OR through the phone app. I've been working with a customer service rep for this, who has submitted multiple tickets, and so far, there has been no fix. One response was "User is not registered". Well, no. The system shows that I don't have one, but when I attempt to create one (despite having one for years prior) it gives me that error message. The fact that it is happening on the browser (Chrome and Edge) and on my phone app makes me think that it is not related to ad blockers. Any recommendations? I do not want to have to call for every single question, concern, phone upgrade, plan upgrade.2.3KViews0likes6ComentariosBroken website - Oops we hit a snag and more! grrr

Don't know much of anything about networking, just know I can't play super Smash Brothers and other games on my Nintendo switch! I have the newest T-Mobile home internet router, the black rectangular one. Streaming content works just fine, browsing the internet works just fine, but gaming of pretty much any kind seems to be impossible, and I always get an error message stating that my Nat Type is incorrect or something of that nature. What can I do to fix this? I can create a hotspot on my phone and play Nintendo switch online just fine, surely I can do it with their advanced router.2.1KViews1like1ComentarioError F451 - Service Unavailable
We previously had 4 voice lines and 2 home internet lines with T-Mobile. We transferred our 4 voice lines to another carrier and only have the 2 home internet lines left with T-Mobile. Since one of our voice lines was the account login, they closed down our account access. We are trying to get account access using the home internet #'s, but keep getting the error code below: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. We have had multiple phone conversations with T-Mobile and also multiple chats through FB Messenger. The problem has not yet been resolved and we are still unable to view our account. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or if T-Mobile employee sees this, can you please help? We just want access to our accounts online to view transactions and to make payments. Gracias754Visto0likes1ComentarioT-Mobile US Pre-paid eSIM purchase via app error 505
I just attempted to purchase a prepaid eSIM via the official T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM US app, and after entering the mail address, selected plan, payment card information, I got the following error: "There is an issue completing your order…..(error 505) (cart id ...)" Now I'm stuck and don't know: Whether the payment really went through as I'm using a company card. Whether the eSIM plan has been properly installed on my device. Whether I'd be able to activate it once I land in the US (I've not travelled yet but wanted to purchase ahead of travel time and activate it upon arrival). Can you help me solve this situation? I recently signed up for Home Internet and everything seems to be working well. I am not and have never been a T-Mobile phone customer. In my profile, I notice an odd phone number is linked to my account. Also, in the caller ID options, there is someones name. How do I get this fixed? I shouldn't really have any phone numbers linked to this account (other than one for contact information)628Visto0likes2Comentarios
