Can't connect Google Mini to T-Mobile Home Internet
I've tried every recommendation in the book restarting the "T-Mobile" device, the mini. It will go through the entire process of adding the device and at the very end, after it's verified the connection, it suddenly says it can't connect to the network and fails the addition.7KViews6likes42ComentariosGoogle One Billing via T-Mobile Issues
Hi, I've spent literally 3 days trying to get this fixed but when I go to start activation for the Google One 2TB + Unlimited Photos it says "You can't activate your plan with this account. To finish activation, switch to the account you used to sign up for Google One." T-Force has no resolution and Google Support says they can't help since it's billed through T-Mobile. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed I definitely do not have any other Google account at all. Google Support was useless and I just get thrown back and forth between T-Mobile & Google Support.646Visto1like8ComentariosHow to Remove or Reinstate 2FA Google Authenticator
I am a prepaid plan user and set up a 2FA method through Google Authenticator (GA) when registering my T-Mobile account. As setting up, I received an email stating: "If you didn't make this change or want to remove this feature, please visit us here. If you have additional questions, please visit us here to message or contact Customer Care." I thought I could get help from T-Mobile if I encountered any problems with this 2FA method. Unfortunately, I lost the device that stored my Google Authenticator codes, and I don't have a backup. I want to remove or reset the GA method tied to my account. I've contacted several customer service representatives about this issue, but none have been able to help. Although I can log in to my account using a different two-factor authentication method, such as SMS, I still want to remove or reinstall the Google Authenticator method. This is because if someone gets access to my lost device, they could potentially use the GA method to sign in to my account. I have noticed that many websites, such as banks, allow customers to reinstate their 2FA methods. I want to know if it is absolutely impossible for me to change the GA settings on my T-Mobile account.540Visto0likes1ComentarioGoogle.com blocked
One of the phones on my Magenta plan has suddenly begun blocking Google.com and google searches while using mobile data, across all browsers. It allows it on WiFi. All other Google services (Google Maps, Google Play) work but not google.com or the Google search app. I removed the parental controls I had set up on it and it allows Google some of the time, but still blocks it half the time. Any suggestions here?Solved4.6KViews0likes7ComentariosFacing to much Captcha Issue
Hi there, I'm Iftikhar, and I work as an SEO professional at Shree Impex Alloys. Every time I search the keyword "stainless steel seamless pipe manufacturers in India" into Google, I get a captcha that I can't seem to get past in 1 or 2 tries. If anyone has the answer, do share it with me.81Visto0likes0ComentariosSMS/MMS not sending for over a month, Google Pixel 7a from iphone 12
Ever since i switched from my iphone to my new Google Pixel 7a, i've repeatedly gotten the following message whenever i try to text my mother, coworkers, wife, and several others including my stepdaughter. "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active." I have none of them blocked and i confirmed it with t-mobile support, who told me it cannot be anything to do on their end and i have no message blocking in affect on either of my tmobile lines. I've tried taking out my sim and putting it back in. I've tried using downloading and using different text message apps and setting as default. I've tried sending multiple messages once a day for over a month, just to check if it works yet. I've MOST IMPORTANTLY, put my sim back into my old iphone 12 and deactivated "iMessage" after reading on a forum site that usually, that would be the reason this occurs. Not a single thing i've listed or otherwise tried to do to rectify this issue has resulted in any sort of victory. Most irritatingly, i cannot login to my twitch account and several other website accounts that require 2FA via texting me a security code. I never recieve them and they aren't in my spam & blocked area either. This has prevented me from logging into one of my credit card accounts online!!!! I still cannot text anyone unless its through the "RCS" messaging that i understand uses my data connection. I'm on the GoPlus5g Plan, have two phone lines, and this is happening on both lines. Important to note: anytime i receive or send a call, it goes through lickity-split. No issue with calls whatsoever. This only pertains to texts. Any tips or solutions would be highly appreciated since tmobile support couldn't help me and i've been losing my mind over it. Thank you for reading this far.383Visto0likes4ComentariosGoogle Assistant and Gateway internet
Curious on why my tmobile home internet gateway won't connect my Google assistant/Home devices. Is it because of competition withGoogle Fi. I've noticed when it connects to the Google server upload speeds just go to 0 like it is blocking me to senddata packets. Even tried getting on the Google Fi website and the internet did not want to let me in. So I turn off wifi on my phone and used data to get on the same site and instantly let's me in. A friend has T-mobile home internet and Amazon's Alexa and says it works fine.I tried testing the home internet with my Samsung TV plus service and said to check network connection. Ran the speed test and everything's fine untili try connecting to Samsung TV then everything drops. I thinkingbecause t-mobile wants you to get TVision. Anybody else notice or have this issue? What can be done so I can connect my Google home devices?1.2KViews4likes5ComentariosT-mobile techs clueless about Google blocking devices that are not certified by Google.
If a device isn't certified by Google, it will no longer be able to use Google apps. Apparently T-Mobile sold me a phone that is not certified by Google. The OnePlus 6T Google is blocking devices that are not certified by Google. Which basically means Google doesn't have a record of the Android compatibility test results. If you discover one of your apps is not working properly. If you hold down the app until you get options and you select app info. Select advanced options at the bottom, select app details, and get this message "this app isn't compatible with your device anymore, contact the developers for more info" Google warned that eventually all of their apps including Messages won't work on uncertified devices after some time. Or that you cannot even bring up Netflix or Disney plus on the Google app store. Chances are your phone is on the list of uncertified devices. Check to see if your phone has been certified with Google play store. https://storage.googleapis.com/play_public/supported_devices.html If anybody knows an effective way to get this resolved PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I've talked to 5 T-Mobile techs and 1-oneplus tech as well as emailing OnePlus. I seem to know more about the issue than they do. And there response seems to be deny or minimize the issue. Or suggest I give them more money by upgrading to a new phone. Why should I pay up for the negligence? 361Visto0likes3ComentariosFeature Request: Configure 2FA Options Available
I would like to request a feature given that Google Authenticator is available as an option for two-factor authentication. Right now, when I log in, I'm given three options for 2FA: SMS Google Authenticator Email As it stands right now, enabling Google Authenticator provides no additional security if SMS can be selected as an option. Given the potential risks of SIM swapping, SMS as a form of 2FA is useless. Users should have the ability toturn off SMSas a form of 2FA, especially if Google Authenticator is enabled.1KViews6likes5Comentarios
