Site Error, Cannot Submit Rebate

Hola,

We've recently switched over and I am trying to get all the rebates submitted and promotions applied. So far it has been quite a bit of work to figure out how to activate promotions or submit for rebates, which is frustrating considering all the effort put into promoting them. 

The current issue is that although I have found the page https://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebates Once I am “inside” of my account the reCAPTCHA button has the error “ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key” and since I cannot do the reCAPTCHA I cannot submit the rebate information. 

Is there another way to submit rebate requests? Or is there any info on the page error being resolved?
