6 TopicsStill getting F451 Error on Browser & Phone App
I have been getting the F451 error "Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later" on any and every attempt to access my account either online OR through the phone app. I've been working with a customer service rep for this, who has submitted multiple tickets, and so far, there has been no fix. One response was "User is not registered". Well, no. The system shows that I don't have one, but when I attempt to create one (despite having one for years prior) it gives me that error message. The fact that it is happening on the browser (Chrome and Edge) and on my phone app makes me think that it is not related to ad blockers. Any recommendations? I do not want to have to call for every single question, concern, phone upgrade, plan upgrade.2.3KViews0likes6ComentariosBroken website - Oops we hit a snag and more! grrr

Hello, We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we switched, we were told that we would get a $200 rebate for each line ported over. When I go to promotions.t-mobile.com I am able to enter our phone number (the one the account is set up under) and sometimes I can log in. However, once I either log-in or even just put the phone number in, I get a message that says "whoops, something went wrong". We have tried for a couple days at separate times but we can't get passed the log in phase. Is there something I am doing wrong on my end? Is there a phone number I can call to get this done? This is extremely frustrating because we would get about $1000 in rebates and we have a time limit to submit the claim.292Visto3likes2ComentariosError F451 - Service Unavailable
We previously had 4 voice lines and 2 home internet lines with T-Mobile. We transferred our 4 voice lines to another carrier and only have the 2 home internet lines left with T-Mobile. Since one of our voice lines was the account login, they closed down our account access. We are trying to get account access using the home internet #'s, but keep getting the error code below: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. We have had multiple phone conversations with T-Mobile and also multiple chats through FB Messenger. The problem has not yet been resolved and we are still unable to view our account. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or if T-Mobile employee sees this, can you please help? We just want access to our accounts online to view transactions and to make payments. Gracias770Visto0likes1ComentarioSite Error, Cannot Submit Rebate
Hi, We've recently switched over and I am trying to get all the rebates submitted and promotions applied. So far it has been quite a bit of work to figure out how toactivate promotions or submit for rebates, which is frustrating considering all the effort put intopromoting them. The current issue is that although I have found the pagehttps://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebatesOnce I am "inside" of my account the reCAPTCHA button has the error "ERROR for site owner:Invalid domain for site key" and since I cannot do the reCAPTCHAI cannot submit the rebate information. Is there another way to submit rebate requests? Or is there any info on the page error being resolved? Thanks for any input!229Visto2likes1Comentario
