Short but direct... Dear customer, please give me back your old phone and get the new one for free. You do that and they give you credit back for your more expensive phone you had over 2 years...
I've never traded a phone in or did any of those promos. I buy all my phones when they go on sale for 40% off and keep my old phone for a back up.
