when will detailed usage be updated, 12+ days now

My detailed usage for talk and text shows the correct total but when I click the details I get the previous billing cycle details ending 01/30/23. Anyone know what's going on?

  • The wait is finally over. Usage details are now back to normal ðŸ˜Ž You might want to log out of your account and clear browser history. I tested it out with my account and everything is good to go. 

  • Update, I finally got through to customer service and have been told that this service is no longer available. It's one of the reasons we went to a regular plan was so we could have access to OUR data. Now you'll only get it days after the full billing cycle is over. Anyone with teens and preteens knows waiting more than a month to get the info is not acceptable. 

  • Someone from Tmobile here is saying it really is a technical issue. 

    He said she said and we still do not have a clear answer and resolution. 

     

  • I finally got a somewhat real answer from T-mobile

    "Thanks for sharing this information. I really appreciate your patience with this issue. I want to be transparent with you that we already receive a multiple concern with regards on the checking the data usage on web and app and this issue is known issue but we assure you that our technical team are working on it to fixed this issue.

    BUT THEN, I asked for detailed usage for the lasts few days.

    "We really want your patience with this issue. Since the current cycle is still ongoing we can't provide yet it for you. We can only provide it once your billing cycle ends and online bill is already available."

     

    "We can check the usage everyday using your app and web. But since we are currently having enhancement on app and web for usages we are asking your patience while our technical team are fixing this known issue."

  • It's now been 15 days with no update, I tried the "contact us" chat feature but even it's on the fritz. The chat window continually disappears and restarts. Each time I start to type it disappears then restarts. Does anyone know what's going on? I don't remember it ever taking this long to fix a bug on the site before.

  • Other threads are mentioning that customer service told them this feature is going way. That it will not be fixed. Can anyone else confirm?

    Hey there. I confirmed with our software teams that the usage details are NOT going away permanently. We are working towards figuring out what is causing them not to display and finding a fix. We appreciate your patience while we work through it. At this time, I am closing comments on this thread but the conversation is ongoing here: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED | Comunidad de T-Mobile
