Remote Diagnosis of 5G Home Internet
I am using the TMobile 5G Home Internet. How can I check remotely that the network is up and running?
TLife gives some stats on your home internet app w/o using wifi

The T-Life app is the way to go when it comes to managing your Home Wi-Fi. Our Apps de Internet | Internet 5G de T-Mobile Support page has a lot of great how-to steps to understand what the app can do. It is not totally clear if you can do these things when away from the network. If you are willing to test it out and let us know here, you would be a real hero @Reedman!

Maybe the T-life app is different, but the TMHI app cannot connect remotely (at least not to the Arcadyan KDV21). In order to see if my internet is up remotely, I check a security camera feed or one of my smart devices. Also...I have the router on a manual timer to re-boot 3 times a week in the middle of the night...haven't had any problems even though I'm away for extended periods.

To check the status of your T-Mobile 5G Home Internet remotely, you have a couple of options:
T Life App (For Home Internet Plus Customers):
Download the T Life app from your app store.
Sign in with your T-Mobile ID to manage all settings.
In the app, scroll down on the home screen and select "Manage my home internet." You can view and adjust gateway settings remotely.
T-Mobile Internet App (For Askey Gateway Users):
Ensure you’re connected to your gateway via Wi-Fi.
Open the T-Mobile Internet App.
Enter the administrator password (found on the back label of the device) and log in.
Check connection status and signal strength under “Connection status” and “Connection quality” respectively
