40 TopicsDetailed Usage Still Showing Last Month's Info 10+ days into new billing cycle! ¿Cuándo se solucionará?
Both the app and the browser are still displaying last month's info under detailed usage data over 10 days into a new billing cycle. Is there a timeline for T-Mobile to fix it? Normally it takes a day or two after a new billing cycle. Please help!Solved4.1KViews12likes38ComentariosTerrible website and app.
The website and app are awful and only getting worse. I'm at the verge of changing companies. While there are a lot of perks to having T-mobile (free Wi-Fi on select flights), the cost is no longer worth the terrible service, especially for prepaid customers. You can't do anything on your own on the website -- not even access a PDF of a bill statement -- and the app is always broken;if only it'd run as well as the T-mobile Tuesday app. You'd think such a large company would have better web developers. My plan, as a prepaid customer, is way too expensive for such terrible service. And please don't remove complaints as they're very useful for those considering switching. Hi everyone, When using the t-mobile app after signing in an error page keeps popping up. It says "Sorry, Something went wrong. No podemos procesar tu solicitud en este momento. Intenta nuevamente más tarde". There are two buttons at the the bottom that say 'Dismiss' and 'Try again'. If you click the dismiss button it just brings you to a white screen with the t-mobile logo in the middle and the words 'and done' at the bottom. If you click try again, the same error screen described above re-appears over and over again.Neither of the buttons fix the issue. I have an iPhone XR. I've downloaded, deleted and re-downloaded the T-mobile app multiple times to remedythe issue but it does not.My account is not pre-paid. Using a web browser, I can log into my account with no issues. Anyone else having these same issues? Anyone have a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated:)15KViews7likes24ComentariosHigh-Speed Internet Gateway does not work with some apps on T-mobile Home Wifi Internet
I don't know if anybody can help. Encountered a few deal breaking moments with T-mobile Home Wifi internet. I get a whopping 100-235mbps with my High-Speed Internet Gateway but it prevents full access to apps causing extreme lag spikes, pages not loading and video not playing with Amazon Prime Video (on PS4 and on Amazon Fire Stick 4k), TD Ameritrade trading platform for Windows 10, and to a lesser extent apps like Epic Games on PC I also have T-vision TV package, that works fine. So does Netflix. Epic games was able to be fixed once telling PC to use Google DNS 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4. respectively. I had to use Nord VPN to get TD Ameritrade to function correctly without freezing at times, DNS change did not work here. Amazon prime video is still a no go, constantly stops and takes a long time to load again only to stop again. DNS change also did not resolve the issue. It should still work with Nord VPN because it bypasses all T-Mobile filters, but I did not buy T-mobile Home WiFi internet to need the VPN all the time, so I did not bother trying VPN with Prime Video. Is that something we can possibly fix in firmware? And soon please? Speaking of firmware. There is no place to get a new Firmware update which the High-Speed Internet Gateway critically needs. It lacks too many features. One the most needed features is to allow the High-Speed Internet Gateway to turn in just a modem and turn off all routing features so that users can bring their own independent routers to handle DHCP and other advanced functions. High-Speed Internet Gateway also has a bug where I can not fully disable all of the WiFi Signals. You can stop broadcast and SSID from being announced and reduce the radio power for 2.4ghz and 5ghz from 100% down to 12% but it is still not entirely off. I can still see a 5ghz band displaying a signal and allows me to connect when WiFi is supposed to be disabled. Apparently there is a 5Ghz low and 5Ghz high antenna mode. And the 5ghz high is the one that remains visible and usable. Can not be turned off. I don't want to use the hub for wifi, just want to use hard wired internet. I hope to see these issues addressed in the next firmware update with a resources on where we can obtain the new firmware update file as right now there is no information on that anywhere for the new High-Speed Internet Gateway. At the very least I want to see the simple feature of turning the gateway into a modem all by itself and I can handle all the routing on my end instead and if it comes to it I can do a whole house VPN that way and bypass all the problems. Older gateways had the expert mode from what I could see, please bring that back too if you can. Thank you for reading! And for the help! Mike P.S. I have already tried turning it off and back on again, obviously does not work. VPN seems to be the only way to bypass all the problems, but since the unit can not disable routing to act solely as a modem, I can not use a separate router for DHCP and to run VPN for the whole house.9.1KViews7likes21Comentarios- 20KViews7likes50Comentarios
T-Mobile Home Internet app no longer lists connected devices
I have the T-Mobile's Nokia ("trash can") unit, and after the last device firmware update, the T-Mobile Home Internet app no longer shows the list of devices connected to the network. Firmware version: 1.2103.00.0338 App version: 2.6.22.6KViews3likes10ComentariosTmobile App Stuck "Setting up"

The app isn't listing all devices. Some devices in my internet app are disappearing. I had an unknown Switch connected so I disabled both switches until I could determine which MAC address was not one we owned. When I went to reconnect our switch, it was gone. I can't find the disabled switch anywhere in the app or anywhere in my account. Can I see disabled devices anywhere else? We were also having spotty service this evening so I reset the Gatewayand after resetting internet gateway the app no longer connects. The android phone is connected and to the WiFi but the app won't connect to it at all, just spins and asks if I want to log out. If I log out the only option I have is to attempt to re-setup the gateway device. 1st problem - how can I connect a device that was disabled but is not longer listed in the disabled/enabled list of devices? 2nd how do get the app to operate again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.348Visto2likes6Comentariosbilling system is not working - website, app, call center and store
Very frustrating that I am trying to upgrade both my watch and cell phone, and for over a week T-Mobile app, call center, website and in store give me the same "error message" cannot process payment, call us. For what is worth, I tried with an amex, master card and visa all from different banks, all of them working, including one of them was just charged through auto-pay for my monthly bill. I strongly recommend t-mobile systems to fix it in a more prompt way, if not, consider notto offer them? It is easier to go to an amazon or a best buy and just buy the devices, caveat, and also making it easier to switch providers. Very disappointing to see these type of billing/invoicing systems fail in year 2023 from TMobile - this is not good for business nor longevity.575Visto2likes6Comentarios
