I work with assistive technology and clients. Most devices have accessibility features that just need to be enabled. Face Unlock has to be setup and speech needs to be enabled. What level you expect of the technology to do what you want it to do and what it can do, can sometimes be very different. What device were you sold?
I tried to attach the conversation I had w the last t mobile rep I spoke to but it is too long-I wish I could let you all see what she said and how she kept sending me pictures that I told her I could not see very well because I am partially blind and thats the problem but i was told to bad on making it right
