USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED
My usage nor Digits has updated since my last cycle Jan 28th 2023. I called and was told they were working on some technical issues and to check it in a few days. A week later and it still is not updated. Anyone else had that problem?
The day that we have all been waiting for has finally arrived. I am so excited to announce that this is now officially resolved and usage details should be loading without error. It wouldn't hurt to log out of the account and clear browsing history if you haven't already. I am doing a happy dance right now because I was also affected by the outage and I just loaded my detailed usage and saw call, message, and data logs for all of my lines up to about 2 hours ago!!

Ok, so there is still a problem with usage details not updating. Atleast not updating everything.
What is going on?
I am getting fed up woth this.

No usage data since 2/9. Very difficult to get assistance with TMobile.

@HeavenM: Are you a T-Mobile employee? If so, have you spoken with technical support regarding if this function is being restored as real-time access? Certainly if you can speak with tech support they should be able to give some idea as to what has happened.
I finally got through to a CSR yesterday, someone from the Philippines, but her response was similar to what others have said here that this data should be available at the start of a next billing cycle.

I was a Sprint customer since 2005. 18 years Never had a problem. I knew this switch would ruin everything.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the data breach.... They are still not done with the investigation of what information was compromised.

@Fixitmisty Me too, even though they say it doesn't in the disclaimer.. Let's keep blowing their phone line up, inquiring. They'll have to do something eventually.
