I don't know if this is the right place to put my complaint but MetroPCS every time I go to a physical store or call in or call a store they all adding ridiculous fake charges . Each time I have my phone on record after the fist Few bait and swtches Either I go into the store or call into the store or call into the company. thety all tellme that I'm eligible for that promotion bringing my number but when it's time to pay something that should be only 150 all together at the most is 350 tell me so many different excuses 150 new customer or $50 sales tax or $25 Sim card and $65 activation fee. I have everything on camera. Which worries me when I called in first three times and they got my credit card number and then soon as it's ready to go, they say we can't do that number because we own that number not only bummed out come to find out. It's not the phone number because it works for the other promotions that they're lying just the fact that they know my credit card number and they are liars does not give me a good feeling. Every sales associate is adding Is more add more to the phone because it's expensive phone and you guys shouldn't even have promotion then everyone's gonna tack on their own tax I have literally like six different people lying about different. Things is crazy on camera and I called a false advertisement lawyer because the person that had my credit card number didn't sit right with me s23 Fe says49.99 bringing number but 200 or more depending how greedy they are I bought it my brother brought into franchise. I'm MetroPCS franchise so adding all these extra charges I know it was not Supposed to happen at these franchises we had our franchise we couldn't Even get phone cases from the Internet that's how everything was set in stone.
Galaxy Watch 5
Back in September 2022 I went to T-Mobile to order the Galaxy Watch and I am 99% sure that during the time the watch was on sale or maybe it was a promotion going on for it. I walked in the store and told the sales rep that I wanted the Galaxy watch and when asked which one, I stated the one that was on sale. They immediately knew which watch I was referring to. I just found out that I did not get the watch for the promotion/sales price but I am paying full price for it. When I spoke to someone about it, they had no idea what promotion I was talking about because they can't see any of the past promotions and so I am stuck paying the full price for the watch. Do anyone know which promotion was going on at that time? Maybe with a little bit more information, I can get a discount on the remaining balance.
is anyone having network issues with galaxy z fold 3??
after i updated my phone to android 12 my service got so dam bad i wish i dint do it my z fold 3 is slow and the service is patchy and im tired of talking to a rep it seems all i get is a reset your phone and that could help this a 1800 phone i might get rid of it and get the galaxy S22 ultra if this phone does not get any better

It was already bad enough I was being made to wait for my pre-order of my new Green Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 512gb until potentially March 25th. Now I do a check on my order and it's been pushed to April 9th! AT BEST! I don't even know who I want to be mad at more! Obviously I know it's Samsung! They shouldn't have launched their dadgum new phone if they couldn't fill the orders and I mean ALL orders by the launch date they set. Kinda turbed at T-Mobile cause they shouldn't put a phone up available to be ordered if they don't have it yet to fill the orders! Especially when they can't even give a set date and are potentially going to push back, LIKE they just did. I currently have the D20 Plus w/ 128gb and it's FULL and since Samsung decided to bend it's customers over the rail again by removing micro SD on the S22, I felt like I should get the big memory with the pre-order promotion of free next size up memory upgrade. So to go from 128gb to 256gb was free and to go to 512gb was only $100 bucks as opposed to the $200 it normally is. They shouldn't even offer 128gb on flagships anymore especially if they're removing extended memory, microSD. Use the 128gb set up on lower tier phones. Flagship should have no less than 256gb from now on. Just like it should have no less than 6gb RAM. Anywho, sorry for the long double attack on Samsung and T-Mobile novel rant.
