firefly - yes, and it comes from a company in Taiwan, which is where these LTE gateway routers are manufactured. Their web site, if you can call it that, is in a far eastern language with no contact info. As I said in my initial comment, it is insane to sell this product here without a replacement battery available. Customer service has been terrible in helping me. I called support about the same battery problem, and was told that they do NOT provide replacement batteries. Instead, I got a refurbished gateway router sent to me, which does not work and the battery in it is also junk. At least my original router still works, but having a useful battery when power blips occur here in SD would be nice. I'm going to send back the pile of crap they sent me, and when my functioning router quits, it's off to a new company. Who in their right mind would sell a device with no replacement battery available? They sell replacement phone batteries!9Visto0likes0Comentarios
