Verify My Age
I have been with T-Mobile for 2 years. Today, I got a message that they want me to verify my age for the 55+ plan. Said I have to come into a store in person. That seems ridiculous. My friends have the same plan and none of them were asked. Why can't I send a photo ID picture to them via a secure link or email?
A photo is a lot easier to manipulate than presenting ID in person. If a person signed up to T-Mobile on the 55+ plan, they would have showed ID when opening the account versus switching to the 55+ from a previous plan. If they were customers before they were eligible for the 55+ plan, they will eventually get the same request by T-Mobile to verify their eligibility for the plan.

You can try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help.
