-My cell reception has been sketchy but it seems to be getting worse. My daughter's having the same trouble also. She is on my plan but doesn't live in my house. -People can't seem to hear us. All of a sudden our voices get so low it sounds like we're talking at the end of a tunnel. And then usually, but not always the volume comes back to normal. -Other times it just sounds staticky on either my phone or the other person's phone. -It has been happening for a long time now. But within the past 3 months it seems to be getting worse as in the reception is wonky more often and for longer periods. It interferes so badly one party has to hang up and call back. -What can I do? I routinely power off my phone and power it back on. My wi-fi calling is "on". -We both have iPhones, she 14, I 15 pro max. We both work from home so it's not like we are out and about. I have ATT Fiber internet because T-Mobile isn't in my area yet. My daughter has Xfinity internet.165Visto0likes1ComentarioPhone call sounds garbled and robotic
Every so often, maybe about once or twice a week, I will encounter this problem where I will make or receive a phone call and the call will sound garbled in general, but voices will sound robotic and unclear. Even the dial tone is garbled. This has happened while calling other mobile phones as well as calling a landline. Every time it has happened, I have been in an area with good coverage, normally full coverage or near-full coverage. If I am streaming music prior to the call, it will be choppy and have streaming issues when I end the call. The only method I have found to resolve it is to restart my phone, which is not an ideal experience. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I never experienced this when I was previously on the AT&T network and I'm concluding it is probably a network issue rather than a device issue, however I haven't ruled out either as a possibility. My device is a Moto G4 Play, which hasn't had any problems since I got it.Solved49KViews1like33ComentariosOther party cannot always hear me
I joined T mobile to days back. I had about 5 calls including calls with T mobile customer service, every call I have been in had issue with the other person could not hear me part of the call. All calls were made from my home. I have Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have 14 days to decide and I am at the verge of deciding to leave T mobile. Anyone can give me a reason not to leave Tmobile?Solved10KViews1like24ComentariosCalls are sounding garbled and like a robot
I am in the Kansas City area. When on calls lately I the other party sounds like a robot or else they say that I sound like one. I know of at least 3 other people who use T-Mobile who are experiencing the same thing. Also, calls just drop. When I complained to customer service they sent me a new SIM which, of course, did NOTHING.I have 2 lines on my account and we are seriously thinking of leaving T-Mobile. Another person who is also on T-Mobile locally, is getting fed up with the service and will be leaving . I have extended family members on T-Mobile here in Kansas City who are having similar issues.I do not feel comfortable making important calls on my phone because sooner or later I will likely be dropped. Are there others out there experiencing this?1.6KViews1like7Comentarios
