I can't pay my final bill
Hola,
I ported all my lines to a new carrier and am trying to pay my final bill. I can no longer log into the online website to pay my bill. I have also tried paying as a guest and as the tmobile website suggests and it glitches out. I have also tried calling Tmobile and have been on hold 30 minutes and still haven't spoken to a live person!!!! So frustrating and confirms I made the right choice leaving Tmobile after SEVENTEEN YEARS as a customer!
How do I pay my final bill! NOTHING WORKS
I’d suggest that you have some backup plan. Google Voice over WiFi would be a candidate.

You could try visiting your local T-Mobile Store to see if they can pull up your final bill so you can pay it on the spot.
You're going to need to send the payment in by mail or try calling to make the payment , once you port out you lose access to your account and Verizon does the same thing.
